Fun For You Grants
The FUN FOR YOU young people’s grant scheme was launched by the Forest Youth Forum in 2001 as a way of helping the SRB6 funding for the Forest reach the largest number of small groups of young people as possible. Now, although that funding has come to an end, the Forum has worked to make sure that there is grant money for young people to apply for. New sources of funding mean that youth groups can be funded to work towards slightly different aims. These new grants have an emphasis on road safety and the personal safety of young people. However the simple application criteria that made the grant scheme so successful in the first place will remain the same.
